Ajay is an entrepreneur and seasoned IT manager with over three decades of experience in the IT industry. His experience spans roles at multiple fast growing startups, as well as IT providers servicing large global clients.
Before co-founding AccelScale, he was with Kony, an ISV developing innovative mobile development platforms for the enterprise. At Kony India, he served in the roles of COO and SVP, building and scaling various functions from scratch, to help grow Kony to a Gartner MQ leader in the space.
Ajay draws on his breadth of experience in managing and delivering complex offshore projects for clients ranging from product startups to global F500 companies, to develop AccelScale’s Risk Assessment & Delivery Assurance framework.
Ajay is a graduate of BITS, Pilani, India.
Sridhar is an entrepreneur and business leader with expertise in Analytics and service delivery. Over his three decades in industry, he has worked in traditional manufacturing, IT and business process outsourcing and in AI and Analytics.
Prior to co-founding AccelScale, he was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he spent 14 years. During his time at Accenture, he has led large engagements with clients in Asia on digital transformation, sold AI platforms in Europe and the Growth Markets, designed opportunity and contract risk assessment models, and managed large cross-functional teams working on R&D productivity for global pharmaceutical customers.
Sridhar graduated from BITS, Pilani and then obtained a management degree from SP Jain. He is based in Bangalore, has interests in public policy and works as a Senior Scholar at the Takshashila Institution in his spare time.
